    • PRECISION COMPONENTS AND CONFIGURATIONS

      Dover emergency service vehicle doors can be configured for a wide range of vehicle designs and compartment layouts. For smaller enclosures, shutters can be operated manually, providing straightforward and efficient access. Larger openings can be equipped with fully counterbalanced spring operator assemblies for smooth, controlled movement during frequent daily use.

      To meet the operational and security needs of emergency service fleets, each system is available with a choice of precision-engineered components. These include stainless-steel bar locks and paddle handles for robust security, as well as locking or non-locking L-handles and keyed flush cylinder locks for ease of operation.

      The guide tracks, manufactured from either extruded aluminium or stainless steel, can be fitted in front, side, or between-jamb configurations to suit the vehicle’s build and compartment design. All guide tracks are available in mill or anodised finishes, providing resistance to corrosion and long-term performance in all weather environments. With a wide range of locks, tracks, and seals available, Dover can tailor a shutter or vehicle door solution to meet the exact needs of each emergency fleet.
