CP-380 – EVOLUTION SHUTTER DOOR

High durability composite panel roll-up door with flush mounted hardware. Suitable for trailers, step vans and truck bodies for short haul or high frequency pick-up and delivery runs. Ideal for limited access or road side deliveries where conventional swing doors are not functional. Made from 99% recycled materials this vehicle shutter is the most Eco-friendly on the market.

Features

Our new product of the year, a commercial vehicle shutter manufactured from 99% of recycled materials. The CP-380 has the following attributes.

Hi Tech Composite Panel – Panels made with composite steel complete with recycled plastic core. Rust inhibiting baked on primer and polyester top coat on finish in white to provide an automotive style finish.

Top Panel – Comes with flush mounted adjustable top fixture, head seal and retainer as standard.

Bottom Panel – Comes with flush mount bottom fixture, heavy duty cable anchor bracket, handle and dual durometer u channel & 4 point bottom seal.

Vertical and Horizontal Tracks – 50mm x 14-gauge galvanized steel tracks, complete with 63mm x 63mm mounting angle if required. A 50 mm steel or nylon roller runs within the track.

Spring Counter Balance  – A variey of options are available to provide accurate counter balance of the door, these include; single spring or dual spring combinations which can be mounted above or below the door fitted within an aluminium lightweight tube.

Locks – Various options are available. Including the MS (Multi Security( Lock and 77 Lock.

Ironmongery – High strength, flush mounted steel hinges supplied as standard. Stainless-steel cables and stainless-steel rivets are also supplied as standard.

Headroom – Minimum of 170mm is required.

Sideroom – Minimum fixing face of 65mm is required.

Curtain Weight– Approximately 8kg/m2
